To get involved in IMS is really simple; you need to make yourself known to you Hall Sport Secretary, and tell them which sports you are interested in (lists of which sports are accessible from our home page).  They should then keep you up to date with when your sports are taking place, if you need to attend trials or training, and all other relevant information.
