Faraday and Bill Mo were the big winners at this year's IMS Presentation evening held in Room 1 last Friday (5th June).

Over 350 IMS'ers were packed into Room 1 in the Union to witness the presentation of 50 different trophies and awards.

Bill Mo had a great night, winning Most Improved Men's and Women's awards, Women's winner, and came 2nd overall.

Faraday won the BowmakerTrophy (men's winner), and the Pat Stone Trophy for (overall winner) despite their women only finishing in 4th place, such was their lead in the men's contest.

Ali Kirk of the Holt was awarded the coveted IMS sportsman of the year plate, and Rachel Burgess of Rigg Rut won the women's.  This is a reward for the often unseen work that many IMS players put in all year round, and recognises their IMS and Hall spirit rather than just their sporting ability.

Two AU clubs were honoured, the Athletics club for the 'Best run 1 day event', and the Netball club for the 'Best run IMS League'.

One of the highlights was the video teaser produced by LSUtv, which whipped the partisan crowd into a frenzy before the major winners were revealed.   (Video can be viewed here).

So another great year of IMS draws to a close, but we look forward to next year being even bigger and better!
