IMS Allstars 2 - LSAFC XI 2

This year’s game saw the closest encounter between the two teams yet, with the LSAFC XI narrowly coming out on top through a penalty shoot out.

The IMS Allstars went 1-0 down in the first half but came back to take the lead with two goals from Falk-Egg’s Cameron Brawley and Sammy Macvicar.  Unfortunately the Allstars couldn’t hold on, and in the last minute of the game Will Rickets, from the LSAFC XI, scored to make it 2-2 and take it to penalties.  The LSAFC XI eventually won 4-3.

Man of the Match went to the IMS Allstars captain, Ollie Jempson, but the IMS side did themselves proud throughout, and many will look forward to being invited to the LSAFC pre-season training in September.
